NIGERIAN HUSBANDS/WIVES WHO KILLED THEIR SPOUSES

Why do people kill? The thought of killing another human being is down right absurd. Many spouses feel Ego, Deceit, Jealousy and betrayal breeds spouse killers. Letting anger get the best of you without properly thinking it through will put a stop to your life. Whats the point of killing your spouse, when you will still endup in jail. What becomes of your children you suffered raise? If your marriage is not working out to the point where domestic/psychological violence starts, LEAVE that marriage before its too late.


1. Akolade Arowolo who he repeatedly stabbed to his wife Titilayo to death at least 76 times at their residence in Isolo, Lagos, on June 24, 2011. The 32-year-old man, Arowolo was arraigned for murder on December 21, 2011, after he murdered his wife, Titilayo, a Skye Bank employee, at their residence at No. 8, Akindehinde Street, Isolo, Lagos. Forensic pathologist, Prof John Obafunwa, who carried out the autopsy on the corpse of the deceased, had said there were at least 76 stab wounds on the body. He described some of the wounds as penetrating to heart, and damaged the organ and others including, the diaphragm, lung and the liver of the deceased. A Lagos High Court in Ikeja has sentenced to death Akolade Arowolo for the murder of his banker wife in February 2014

2. Martin Egbodi who killed his 36 year old wife Isioma during a 3 am fight in their Texas home on Saturday 22, march 2014, According to police report he knocked on his neighbors door and asked them to call 911 after killing her. The police arrived the scene to find her lifeless body and immediately took him into custody

3.Police were called to the Delaware home of a couple after an argument between the two turned violent. By the time authorities arrived, they found 37-year-old Adeyinka Adebamiro unconscious on the floor suffering from a stab wound to the upper body. Paramedics pronounced him dead shortly after their arrival. The victim’s wife of 10years, Temitope Adebamiro, has been charged with killing her husband. According to the Delaware Online News Journal. The night before Adeyinka would be found dead, the couple began arguing when he found the images his wife had taken with her phone, Adeyinka reportedly took his wife’s phone and began deleting the photos. One thing led to another and the husband was stabbed.

4. Despite cry for mercy, Ikechukwu Anajekwu kept punching his wife mercilessly until every breath in her was gone. Anajekwu, who is presently serving time at Kirikiri Maximum Prisons, Lagos for beating his wife, Obiageli, to death over her inability to bear him children, also accused her of being behind his bad luck which included his arrest for drug trafficking, imprisonment and his misfortunes in life. Margaret had fibroid and she kept complaining to Ibrahim for medical attention, which she never got until it was too late. Ibrahim treated the matter with levity and when nine months passed, Margaret was never delivered of a baby and when persistently complained, Ibrahim, instead of taking his wife for proper medical check-ups, chose to visit quack doctors around his residence until the health condition of his wife became critical after a year of carrying a mysterious pregnancy.

WHAT THE HECK IS SALAWA ABENI FEEDING HER RAPPER SON (BIG SHEFF)

Big Sheff, whose real names are Sheriff Ilori, is the son of two of Nigeria’s music legends, ‘Queen Salawa Abeni’ and Sir Kollington Ayinla. The talented rapper, who is currently signed on to Candiva Signature, has been making waves recently. Often referred to as Nigeria Rick Ross by many because of their striking resemblance he shares with the American rapper. His single with his mom shows how talented both mom and son are.

Big Sheff started his music career around two years ago and already has a number of singles on air including ‘Ema lo binu’ and ‘In a minute’. The Rick Ross look-alike, fondly called ‘Young Ross’ was featured in the musical video, ‘Hold me back’ which Rick Ross shot in Nigeria during his September 2012 visit.... He is talented but many are talking about how BiG he is. Ohhh Lord he sure needs to hit the gym pretty soon, Even RIck Ross has lost all his flaps.

RICK ROSS' ENDS ENGAGEMENT TO LIRA MERCER AFTER BIG FIGHT


Rick Ross proposed to model Lira Mercer in September after dating for only a few months.

But the engagement is already over, according to a Tuesday report from TMZ.

AMIDST THEIR CONTROVERSIAL MARRIAGE, TOKE MAKINWA'S HUBBY MAJE WISHES HER HAPPY BIRTHDAY

It's the OAP Toke Makinwa's Birthday and her Husband or Ex-Husband which we are unaware for now the status of their marriage, Maje Ayida wished her a happy birthday. For many of us who don't know Toke Makinwa and her husband, Maje Ayida’s one-year-old marriage experienced a storm a few months after their marriage early this year. When the news of  her husband impregnating his ex-girlfriend whom he had dated for eight years before marrying Makinwa. News going round that Maje Ayida has welcomed his first child with lover, Anita Solomon July 19, 2015 into the waiting arms of the mother in a UK hospital. Maje wrote an apology on Instagram "I am writing to express my sincerest apologies to my wife. I was wrong, it is indefensible and I am sorry. I deeply regret what my wife and my family has had to endure. My behaviour has caused a lot of anguish to everyone. Though this matter has been very public in nature, it is a private issue and I would appreciate the opportunity to face it privately. I love my wife and will make every effort to make things right".
Maje, a fitness expert, posted a birthday post on Instagram, to celebrate Toke, who turns 31 today. "Happy birthday to my stunning wife, you are such an incredible woman. I remember when you started on the radio, you were a bag of nerves, working the night shift. I stopped off the pick up a pizza as they closed and drove up to the station. NIGERIAN ARTISTS WHO WENT FROM FAMOUS TO NOT BEING SO FAMOUS


1.  IDRIS ABDULKAREEM

Abdulkareem's solo debut album, P.A.S.S. ("Pains And Stress = Success") was released in 2002 on Kennis Music, and it was received well by Hip-Hop fans he was known for his controversial lyrics and taking shots at other celebrities. Released the same year (and also on Kennis Music Imprint ) was the album titled Mr. Lecturer and this featured Abdulkareem's first video hit, the album's title track, which addressed the problem of students using money and sex to solicit higher grades in Nigerian colleges and universities, as well as Male lecturers exploiting female students and requesting sex and money in exchange for good grades. In 2004, Abdulkareem's third album, Jaga Jaga, appeared on Kennis. Its title track, which laments the corruption and suffering in Nigeria, was banned from radio airplay by Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo in a televised address, although it continued to be played in nightclubs. Abdulkareem came to international attention as a result of a scuffle with American rapper 50 Cent on board an airplane at Murtala Mohammed International Airport in Lagos. By all accounts, Abdulkareem had tried to occupy 50 Cent's seat, resulting in a fight between Abdulkareem, his friends, and 50 Cent's bodyguards. This started his downfall as many Nigerians thought he gave us a bad image in the international world. He has tried staging several comebacks but it seems everyone had moved on.

2.  X-PROJECT
The fresh and hot group artistes came with a one hit wonder which quickly became the hottest rave of the moment. "L'Orile" featuring Konga. The song was so huge back then, because it was different from the usual Nigerian music we were used to. Everyone thought they were here to stay. Little did we know the group was going to struggle to get another hit like that again. They fizzled out when they couldn't offer any more trending music.

3.  KAZ
Am sure we all remeeber that song "Fimile Baby Fimile.. Mi o se mo baby Fimile". Mr Kazz came with that yankee swagger from diaspora and dropped the hit song that got everyone going gaaga in a fresh manner. His quick fame got a first class performance on several shows in Lagos and everyone loved his style of music. But almost 4 years after he dropping the single, we are yet to hear another Hit song from KAZ. We do hope he does another hit very soon.

4.  WIERD MC
The controversial artist with that tomboy swag, dropped the popular song called "Ijoya" from her 2003 Album. Wierd MC had the hearts of NIgerians because she had this "I Dont Care" attitude to her and her fans were loving it. The popular musician featured in several songs with several artists especially collaboration with PSquare on Bizzy Body, she also got several shows. But now all we get from her is appearance in entertainment shows. Wierd isn't it?

5.  LYNXXX
He is a Nigerian hip-hop recording artist and entrepreneur. The Popular Chief Executive Omo Ita (CEO) Who Calls jimself Barrack O GrinDagrin died at 6:00pm on Thursday, April 22, 2010, exactly eight days after he was involved in a ghastly motor accident in front of Alakara Police Station, off Agege Motor Road, Mushin, Lagos. He survived a serious head injury as a result of the crash.
