THE UNTOLD REASONS BEHIND PSQUARE’S FINAL SPLIT: HOW THEIR MANAGER JUDE OKOYE ALLEGEDLY STOLE MILLIONS

Untold Secret Behind PSquare’s Final Split: How Psquare’s Brother, Manager Jude Okoye Allegedly Cheated & Stole Over N150 Million From Peter & Paul Okoye. The main man behind PSquare’s untimely split has confessed. In one of his social media post today, Jude Okoye, the manager of Peter and Paul Okoye said he resigned as their official manager last month. This is the 4th time in about 3 years that Jude Okoye will come out to say he has resigned as the manager of the duo. The question on everyone mind is, now that Jude is out of the way, why are the twins still fighting???

Why Paul Can’t Let Go Of Jude Okoye

About 6 months ago, an insider said Jude is closer to Paul than he’s to Peter Okoye, a reason that often make Peter Okoye question his frivolous spending. The source said, Jude Okoye has milked the duo dry in the span of their career. On several occasion, Peter and Paul have engaged each other in a physical fight over Jude Okoye who at a point went spiritual to effectively manage Psquare finances to his advantage. The source said Jude Okoye now has a mansion with fleet of cars and a huge bank account.Another point that was raised by the insider is that over 150 million naira was left unaccounted for by Jude in February 2015 and each time, Peter Okoye question him, he goes aggressive. This and many other reasons forced Peter Okoye to demand for Jude Okoye’s resignation, a move that didn’t go well with Paul Okoye who vowed to rather stay solo than to let go of their elder brother. As we speak, Jude Okoye is the manager of Paul Okoye as Peter Okoye stays solo. The source said PSquare will reunite if Paul Okoye can only agree with Peter as to finding a new manager who the two can trust.

The Forbes Magazine annual billionaires list for 2016 is out and contains names and assets of 1,810 billionaires from around the world. The dwindling oil prices and strength of the dollar made so many drop off the list.
Bill Gates for about 20 years has been top on the list and he still retained his position as the richest man in the world. American presidential candidate Donald Trump also made the list and ranked 324th richest man in the world with a total net worth of $4.5 billion- meaning Nigeria’s Aliko Dangote and Mike Adenuga are richer than he is.

Five notable Nigerians made the list, four men and one woman.

Nigeria's Aliko Dangote made it and has retained his position as the richest man in Africa and 51st in the world. Aliko Dangote’s net worth, according to Forbes, has risen to $15.4bn from $14.7bn in 2015. He was ranked 67th in the 2015 list. A higher estimate of Globacom’s revenues led Forbes to increase the value they assign to it. His exploration outfit, Conoil Producing, operates 6 oil blocks in the Niger Delta. He also owns real estate firm Proline Investments, which has hundreds of properties throughout Nigeria.

Femi Otedola of Nigeria also made the list as the 1011th richest man in the world and 3rd in Nigeria with a Net worth of $1.8billion, Otedola is the controlling shareholder of publicly traded Forte Oil, an oil marketing and power generation company. FUTURE RESPONDS TO CIARA AND RUSSELL WILSON'S ENGAGEMENT

Rapper posts subliminal picture after Ciara fans troll him on Instgram

Future had quite the response to his ex-fianceé Ciara's engagement to Russell Wilson over the weekend. After Ciara fans bombarded the rapper's Instagram with diamond ring and football emojis, Future decided to troll with an Instagram post of his own. Future shared a subliminal image of himself holding up a wad of $100 bills while covering up the "C" tattoo on is left ring finger. As fans will remember, Future and Ciara got matching tattoos of each other's initials in 2013. Future captioned the image with "See No EVOL." Wilson popped the question to Ciara over the weekend during an exotic trip on a tropical locale. "She said Yes!!! Since Day 1 I knew you were the one. No Greater feeling... #TrueLove @Ciara," Wilson said. Was Future's response petty or playful? You decide.

Ashton Wilson posts picture old engagement ring from football star days after engagement to singer

People don't seem to want Ciara and Russell Wilson to be happy. Just days after Future seemingly took a shot at the couple's engagement, it looks like Wilson's ex-wife also decided to hop on the shade train. Ashton Wilson, who divorced Russell in 2014, changed her Twitter avatar to an image of her rocking her old engagement ring, which is rumored to be 3 carats larger than the diamond Russell gave Ciara. Ashton Wilson, who divorced Russell in 2014, changed her Twitter avatar to an image of her rocking her old engagement ring, which is rumored to be 3 carats larger than the diamond Russell gave Ciara.

It's not clear if Ashton has publicly commented on her ex-husband's new engagement to the superstar singer, because her Twitter account is private. The picture, however, seems to speak volumes. Though everyone seems to be taking aim at Ciara and Wilson, something tells us the happy couple won't let the slight jabs bring them down

'Empire' Star Jussie Smollett: Trump Is One Of 'Worst People To Ever Walk This Planet'

Empire" star Jussie Smollett has been tweeting up a storm, supporting the protests at Donald Trump's rallies. He expounded on his admiration for the protesters, unleashed his anger on the GOP presidential candidate and passionately took on Trump’s supporters.
“I think that they are brave women and men,” Smollett said of those who speak out at Trump rallies, some of whom have faced brutal violence. “I think that they are soldiers against hate. I think that he is the mogul of hate. That is what I will call him forever. What he has done is capitalized on the fear of this nation.” “I think that [Trump] is truly one the worst people that has ever walked the face of this planet,” Smollett continued. “I can’t talk about him without getting heated and I get so emotional about it. I’m so emotional about it because I feel it so deeply. And I’m also ashamed. I’m embarrassed for our nation, that we allowed someone like this to get so far.” Smollett portrays hip-hop star Jamal Lyon in "Empire,” the smash Fox hit which is returning on March 30th after a winter hiatus. The show in some ways mirrors his own life, as both Smollett and his character Jamal are openly gay and working in the entertainment world. What's more, the Black Lives Matter movement, for which Smollett advocates and views as vital right now, is also weaved into the “Empire” plot line. But Smollett is very clear about the line between entertainment and the real world. He pointed to one reason why he believes Donald Trump’s candidacy has taken off. "Because it is the complacency we have found in ourselves,” he said. “We have learned to just be okay with laughing at something. To just be like, ‘Oh, this is a reality show.’ But it’s not a reality show. This is politics. This is something that is going to run our nation and in turn help run our world.” Smollett also had some choice words for those who support Trump and he expressed outrage over reports last week that the late Rev. Billy Graham prophesied over Donald Trump’s rise in an inscription in a bible the evangelical leader gave the real estate tycoon. “And for everybody that is supporting Trump: Fuck are you thinking’ about? Why the fuck?” he passionately asked. “You tell me that somebody can actually come out and say that Billy Graham prophesied over Donald Trump? First of all, the fuck do I care? What does that mean to me? So now you’re going to tell me that you’re going to bring God into this situation and you’re going to make it seem like God has chosen Donald Trump. So you in turn are getting a fascist dictator to come into the United States of America, and you’re gonna tell me that this doesn’t feel like the beginning of the Third Reich?” Smollett also encouraged the protesters -- and everyone -- to continue mobilizing against Trump. “You’re gonna tell me that we are so ignorant and we are so complacent and so apathetic that we would sit and let it happen and not shut it down?” he asked. "Shut it down. Shut it the fuck down, period. Yes, Donald Trump, you do have freedom of speech. Find some way to speak it freely. I have freedom also, and you’re trying to take that way– [in] your very speech, you’re trying to take that away.” "No, absolutely not,” he continued. “We cannot stand for this. And I’m sorry. This is not a person of color problem. This is a human problem. You should be as scared as I am.“ The roots of Smollett’s fierce advocacy can be traced to growing up in a family whose life-blood is activism, and he credits his mother with instilling him with a powerful sense of social justice. “She is a fighter, an activist, always has been,” he said. "I’ve never known a time when my mother didn’t speak up for the injustices of the world. One of her first mentors was the late great Julian Bond. She marched with the Black Panthers and Gloria Steinem, and Angela Davis is one of her dear friends.” And it was that upbringing that also instilled Smollett with a sense of pride in being gay. “That is something that I can honestly say I grew up with– feeling like, I was okay, I was great. I was perfect in my imperfections – but [being gay] was not one of my imperfections,” Smollett explained. Working as a child actor, he knew the industry could limit people who are openly gay, but it didn’t stop him. I would hear the rumblings of people in the industry: "‘Oh well, if a person is going to be openly gay, then they should probably just go do Broadway,’” he recalled. “And I’m sitting there like, ‘Well, damn, I want to do Broadway!... I want to do Broadway but I don’t want to do Broadway because you’re telling me I have to do Broadway because of who I am. Fuck that.” Smollett opened up about his sexual orientation publicly for the first time last year in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, whom he said made it easy. “She was like, ‘You are who are, but honestly who gives a fuck? Who cares?’” he said. “After I finished the Ellen interview,” Smollett recalled, “I went to my mom and the first thing she said was, 'The world kept spinning, huh?' Because it does. The world keeps spinning. It doesn’t stop. And that’s the best thing I can tell people.”

From April All Nigerians, Non EU Migrants Will Be Deported From The UK If You Earn Less Than £35,000

From next month, non-EU migrants in the UK earning less than £35,000 will be deported. The new Home Office policy, which comes into force on April 6, applies to all overseas workers who have been in the UK for five years on a Tier 2 visa. If they can’t prove that they’re earning more than £35,000, they will be denied settlement and will face deportation. Teachers, IT professionals and journalists could all be badly affected.
A petition launched at the beginning of the year called for the threshold to be reconsidered – it gathered more than 100,000 signatures and was debated in parliament last week.
So what’s actually changing? To settle in the UK as a skilled worker, non-EU migrants need to have a Tier 2 visa. For this you need:
  • An offer for a job in the UK that pays at least £20,800
  • Have had at least £945 in your bank account for 90 days
  • A certificate of sponsorship from your employer (which can cost between £536 and £1,476)
  • To pay a £200 annual healthcare surcharge
  • To prove your English language proficiency
After five years on this visa, skilled workers are able to apply for ‘indefinite leave to remain’ – and this is what is about to change. From April, anyone applying for indefinite leave to remain will need to earn at least £35,000. Nurses are temporarily exempt from this threshold, along with PhD-level jobs and any professions that have been on the official ‘shortage occupation list’ while the person has been living here. However, the earnings threshold could be applied to migrant nurses in the future. Teachers aren’t exempt (unless they are professors in certain disciplines). Even David Cameron’s mum has lost her job because of Tory cuts In fact, the Home Office’s own analysis of the policy in 2012 revealed that the new threshold would have a significant impact on teachers, IT professionals and marketing managers.

Q: What if I’ve been in the UK for more than five years?
A: Then you won’t be deported – the new rule doesn’t apply to anyone who entered the       country on a Tier 2 visa on or before April 5 2011.

Q: I’ve been here for a decade, will I be deported?
A: No – as long as you’ve been living here for 10 continuous years, you can apply for indefinite leave to remain with no salary threshold.

Q: So if you came here in 2006 as a student visa, then moved directly onto a skilled workers’ visa, you can apply to settle here regardless of how much you earn.
A: The only condition is that you can’t have left the UK for more than 180 days at a time, or 540 days in total.

Q: I’m here on a marriage visa, will I have to leave?
A: No, the changes only apply to people on a Tier 2 visa.

$2.1bn arms deals: N1.5bn traced to ex-minister’s son; You Will Shed Tears For Nigeria After Reading This

A bureau de change operator has told the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) that N1.5billion was paid into his account for the son of a former Minister of Finance. Salisu Umaru said he did not know what the minister’s son used the cash for. The former minister and his son were not named “so as not to jeopardise the investigation”. The cash is believed to be part of the $2.1 billion “phony” arms deals funds. Also at the weekend, it was learnt that the army has replaced one of its officers under probe for the phony arms deals, Col. Nicholas Ashinze, with Col. M.A. Abdullahi as the nation’s military attaché to Germany. Col. Ashinze is to refund N7.3million, which was paid to him as estacode and air fares. Salisu, who gave the EFCC details of how the N1.5billion was wired into his company’s account, said he never knew what the cash from the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) was meant for. He said : “I was invited by EFCC and when I reported, I was shown my company’s account statement with Zenith Bank called Jabama Ada Global Nigeria Limited in which there was an inflow of N500million on 5/2/2015 and N1billion on 16/4/2015 into the account from the Office of the National Security Adviser. “On the inflow of N500million into my company’s account on 5/2/2015, I wish to state as follows : That on the same date(5/2/2015), I paid the equivalent of US$2,380,952 to the son of the minister, being the equivalent of the said N500million at the rate of N210 per dollar. “I do not know what he used the money for. My own business is to buy and sell dollars. It is only the minister’s son that can explain what the money was meant for. The minister’s son signed and collected the said N500million. “On the N1billion inflow into my company’s account on 16/4/2015, I wish to say the money was disbursed as follows: $1,000,000, being the equivalent of N220million; and $327,000 (equivalent of N72,600,000) were paid cash to the son of the minister while the sum of N704,400,000 was transferred to various accounts based on the instruction of the minister’s son. He gave some of the instructions through text messages. Some of the instructions were also received from the father. “I also want to state that I do not know what the N1billion was meant for and what it was used for.” Col. M.A. Abdullahi’s initial nomination for the job was turned down by a former Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Kenneth Minimah. Gen. Minimah was said to have favoured Col. Ashinze because he speaks German fluently. Col. Ashinze had been ordered by the army to refund N7.3million, including an estacode of N6million and N1.3milion air fares. But the embattled former military aide to Col. Dasuki asked the army to prevail on the EFCC to lift the restriction on his account to be able to refund the cash. A top source said: “Ashinze has been replaced with Col. M.A. Abdullahi as Defence Attaché to Germany because the EFCC is yet to conclude investigation of some military officers. “In fact, Ashinze was replaced as soon a he was shortlisted for interrogation and before the EFCC began his drilling.“While in EFCC’s custody, the military police brought the letter asking him to refund the N7.3million allowances. He said the army should lift the ban placed on his account to effect refund of the money.”

Mr Arase gave the order in Minna, the capital of Niger State while on a one-day visit to address officers and men of the Niger State Police Command. According to him, the policemen to be withdrawn would be deployed to regular police duties. Addressing personnel he said Niger State needed more manpower to curtail the rate of crime in the state which he described as ‘a state with a large landmass’. He further laid emphasis on the personalities of the police force and the need to be firm, honest and knowledgeable on their responsibilities in order to carry out their duties diligently. Mr Arase also stressed the need for the police force to respect the fundamental human rights and avoid arresting innocent people. On the welfare of Policemen across Nigeria, Mr Arase decried the dilapidation of Police Barracks, pointing out that the force was already seeking funds to rehabilitate them. Meanwhile, the Niger State Commissioner of Police, Abubakar Marafa, in his remarks highlighted the achievement of the command, stating that there is a drastic reduction on highway crimes in the state. He said community policing should be encouraged to further establish a cordial relationship between the police and the communities and mold their perception. He also told the Inspector General that the state government had been contributing immensely to the police force in the state.
